       The Appropriations Committee on Health and Human Services
       (Calatayud) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 195
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 4. The Agency for Health Care Administration is
    6  directed to include the rate impact of this act in the
    7  applicable Medicaid managed medical assistance program and long
    8  term care managed care program rates that become effective on
    9  October 1, 2024.
   10         Section 5. This act shall take effect October 1, 2024.

   13  And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete line 35
   15  and insert:
   16         providing construction; requiring the agency to
   17         include the rate impact of the act in certain rates
   18         that become effective on a specified date; providing
   19         an effective date.
