    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 90 - 93
    4  and insert:
    5  exterior or interior walls, electrical and plumbing systems,
    6  ceilings, floors, or spray foam. The term includes any item
    7  covered in the terms of a home warranty.
