       Senator Bradley moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
    2  
    3         Between lines 608 and 609
    4  insert:
    5         (4) ELIGIBLE PLANS; PLAN SELECTION.—
    6         (c) A plan selected by the agency pursuant to this
    7  subsection is responsible for implementing the pilot program in
    8  its initial stage and through any subsequent expansion until it
    9  is reprocured in accordance with s. 409.967(1).
