       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (Leek) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 67
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 2. The Legislature determines and declares that
    6  this act fulfills an important state interest.
    7         Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2025.

   10  And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete line 8
   12  and insert:
