       The Appropriations Committee on Health and Human Services
       (Jones) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 33 - 37
    4  and insert:
    5         2.The department shall adopt rules to streamline the
    6  licensure application process for a licensed foster parent who
    7  is in good standing and relocates within this state. These rules
    8  must include, but are not limited to, rules concerning priority
    9  review of applications, expedited home studies and background
   10  checks, and recognition of prior foster parent training
   11  coursework.

   14  And the title is amended as follows:
   15         Delete lines 4 - 7
   16  and insert:
   17         Children and Families to adopt rules to streamline the
   18         licensure application process for licensed foster
   19         parents who relocate within this state; requiring that
   20         such rules include priority review of applications,
   21         expedited home studies and background checks, and
   22         recognition of prior foster parent training
   23         coursework; providing an
