       Senator Osgood moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Substitute Amendment (570150) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 365 - 371
    4  and insert:
    5  resides within 30 days after the voter elector signs the form.
    6  If a petition form collected by the sponsor or any petition
    7  circulator is not promptly delivered to the supervisor of
    8  elections, the sponsor is liable for the following fines:
    9         1. A fine in the amount of $50 per each day late for each
   10  petition form received by the supervisor of elections in the
   11  county in which the voter resides more than 30 days after the
