       Senator Harrell moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 145
    4  and insert:
    5  vaccination status. Notwithstanding this subparagraph, a health
    6  care provider or a health care facility may provide educational
    7  materials and information to a patient regarding the importance
    8  of particular vaccinations and may not be held liable in any
    9  civil or administrative proceeding for any adverse outcome the
   10  patient may incur due to his or her refusal to accept a
   11  recommended vaccine.
