    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 31 - 32
    4  and insert:
    5         (c) The results of the urine test and the confirmation test
    6  must be retained as part of the patient’s
    7

    9  And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete line 10
   11  and insert:
   12         results of such tests be retained as
