       Senator Trumbull moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (180386) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 140 - 152
    4  and insert:
    5         (a) Does not result in an accident, the person commits a
    6  misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s.
    7  775.082 or s. 775.083.
    8         (b) Results in an accident that causes damage to the
    9  property or person of another, the person commits a misdemeanor
   10  of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s.
   11  775.083.
   12         (c) Results in an accident that causes serious bodily
   13  injury as defined in s. 316.192, the person commits a felony of
   14  the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s.
   15  775.083, or s. 775.084.
