    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to special districts; repealing s.
    3         189.0694, F.S., relating to a requirement that special
    4         districts establish goals, objectives, and performance
    5         measures to assess the performance of district
    6         programs and activities and publish an annual report
    7         concerning the goals and objectives the district
    8         achieved and failed to achieve; providing an effective
    9         date.

   11  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   12  
   13         Section 1. Section 189.0694, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
   14         Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
