       The Committee on Regulated Industries (Pizzo) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 129 and 130
    4  insert:
    5         Section 3. Subsection (4) of section 551.114, Florida
    6  Statutes, is amended to read:
    7         551.114 Slot machine gaming areas.—
    8         (4) Designated slot machine gaming areas must be located at
    9  or contiguous to at the address specified in the licensed
   10  permitholder’s slot machine license issued for fiscal year 2020
   11  2021, excluding roads, highways, and streets. The designated
   12  slot machine gaming area must be under the ownership or lease of
   13  the permitholder.
