    6  And the directory clause is amended as follows:
    7         Delete lines 137 - 140
    8  and insert:
    9         Section 3. Paragraph (d) of subsection (4) of section
   10  934.50, Florida Statutes, is amended, paragraph (r) is added to
   11  subsection (4) of that section, and subsection (8) is added to
   12  that section, to read:
