       The Committee on Education Pre-K - 12 (Smith) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 37
    4  and insert:
    5  personnel. At least one member of school personnel with such
    6  training must be on school grounds to execute a student’s
    7  emergency action plan. The requirements for such training must
    8  include

   11  And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Delete line 10
   13  and insert:
   14         to allergic reactions and anaphylaxis; requiring that
   15         a member of school personnel with such training be on
   16         school grounds; providing
