       The Committee on Regulated Industries (DiCeglie) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 22 - 28
    4  and insert:
    5  with a similar structure as set forth in s. 366.99(2)-(6) and
    6  with the intent of s. 366.91(1). Such gas infrastructure
    7  investment may include only such investments that collect,
    8  prepare, clean, process, transport, or inject gas as a
    9  transportation fuel or for pipeline distribution. As used in
   10  this subsection, the term “gas” means
