       The Committee on Fiscal Policy (Simon) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment
    2  
    3         Delete line 1263
    4  and insert:
    5  Title I plan. Such educational services may include the
    6  provision of STEM curricula, instructional materials, and
    7  related learning technologies that support academic achievement
    8  in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics in Title I
    9  schools, including, but not limited to, technologies related to
   10  drones, coding, animation, artificial intelligence,
   11  cybersecurity, data science, the engineering design process,
   12  mobile development, and robotics. Funds may be reserved under
   13  this subparagraph only to the extent that all required
   14  reservations under federal law have been met and that such
   15  reservation does not reduce school-level allocations below the
   16  levels required under federal law.
