       Senator Collins moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 1463 - 1478
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 24. Section 334.615, Florida Statutes, is created
    6  to read:
    7         334.615 Parking authority operations; interlocal
    8  agreements.—A parking authority created by special act may
    9  operate, manage, and control parking facilities in contiguous
   10  counties, municipalities, or other local governmental entities
   11  upon entering into interlocal agreements with the governing
   12  bodies of the appropriate contiguous counties, municipalities,
   13  or local governmental entities.

   18  and insert:
   19         enterprise and minority business programs; creating s.

   23         agreements;
