       The Committee on Commerce and Tourism (Gruters) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (109918) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete lines 83 - 85
    5  and insert:
    6         (17) Communicate with the debtor between the hours of 9
    7  p.m. and 8 a.m. in the debtor’s time zone without the prior
    8  consent of the debtor. This subsection does not apply to an e
    9  mail communication that is sent to an e-mail address and that
   10  otherwise complies with this section.
