On Page: 279             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Sarasota Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall 
Spec App:  1555          Hazard Mitigation (SF 2593).  Reduces funding by the 
                         same amount from Lake Jesup Restoration Water 
                         Quality via Management of Historical Phosphorous 
                         Pollution (SF 3373).
