On Page: 279             Provides $1,000,000 in nonrecurring funds from the 
                         Water Protection and Sustainability Program Trust 
Spec App:  1555          Fund for St. Petersburg Northeast Sewer Basin 
                         Improvements (SF 2768).  Reduces funding by the same 
                         amount from Lake Jesup Restoration Water Quality via 
                         Management of Historical Phosphorus Pollution (SF 
                         3373).
