At the end of existing proviso language, following Specific 
Appropriation 203, INSERT:

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 203, $350,000 in nonrecurring 
funds from the General Revenue Fund is provided to Citrus Health 
Network, Inc. to fund psychiatry residency slots for Federally Qualified 
Health Centers that hold continued institutional accreditation from the 
Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education in adult and child 
psychiatry (SF 1587).
