                         Water Protection and Sustainability Trust Fund for 
Spec App:  1555          Leon County North Florida Regional Water System 
                         Enhancement (SF 2481).  Reduces funding by the same 
                         amount from Lake Jesup Restoration Water Quality via 
                         Management of Historical Phosphorous Pollution (SF 
                         3373).
