                         Water Protection and Sustainability Trust Fund for 
Spec App:  1555          Estero Broadway Ave East Phase 1 (SF 3311).  Reduces 
                         funding by the same amount from Lake Jesup 
                         Restoration Water Quality via Management of 
                         Historical Phosphorous Pollution (SF 3373).
