Spec App:  1555          Fund for Palm Coast Woodland Community Drainage 
                         Improvements (SF 3179).  Reduces funding by the same 
                         amount from Palm Coast Advanced Wastewater Treatment 
                         Conversion of WWTF-1 (SF 3180).
