On Page: 279             Provides $800,000 in nonrecurring funds from the 
                         Water Protection and Sustainability Trust Fund for 
Spec App:  1555          Area Housing Commission of Clewiston, LaBelle and 
                         Hendry Co WWTP System Improvements (SF 3279).  
                         Reduces funding by the same amount from Lehigh Acres 
                         ROBUST - Rehydration of Bedman (Creek) Utilizing 
                         Storage & Treatment, Phase III (SF 3280).
