On Page: 247             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Florida Severe Weather and Atmospheric 
Spec App:  1334          Catastrophic Events Sensor Enhancements (SF 3304). 
                         Reduces funding by the same amount from Municipal 
                         Waste Reduction and Research Using Cerawave 
                         Microwave Plasma (SF 3275).
