On Page: 272             Provides $300,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Cutler Bay Bel-Aire Park Improvements (SF 
Spec App:  1520          1817).  Reduces funding by the same amount from 
                         Miami Waterkeeper - Investigating Water Quality in 
                         Biscayne Bay (SF 1789).

AND INSERT:

Miami Waterkeeper Investigating Water Quality in Biscayne Bay (SF 1789).
