Spec App:  2594          Reduces funding by the same amount from the 
                         Department of Management Services Statewide Capital 
                         Depreciation appropriation category.

the Santa Rosa County Soundside Land Conservation and Preservation (SF 
3156).

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 1500B $350,000 is provided for 
the Kirkland Ranch Land Acquisition (SF 2186).
