On Page: 261             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Comprehensive Veterinary Care for Working 
Spec App:  1436          Service Dogs Supporting Individuals with 
                         Disabilities (SF 1759). Reduces funding by the same 
                         amount from the Department of Management Services 
                         Capital Depreciation appropriation category.
