On Page: 259             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Northeast Florida Fair Agricultural 
Spec App:  1421A         Education Community Center / Multi-use Facility 
                         (phase 5) (SF 1414). Reduces funding by the same 
                         amount from the Department of Management Services 
                         Capital Depreciation appropriation category.
