On Page: 315             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Anastasia Island Pedestrian and Bicycle 
Spec App:  1871A         Safety Improvements (SF 3184). Reduces the Deering 
                         Park Stewardship District - I-95 Interchange/SR 442 
                         Expansion and Resilience Project (SF 2522) by the 
                         same amount.
