On Page: 259             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for South Florida AgriCenter and Emergency 
Spec App:  1421A         Shelter at the South Florida Fairgrounds (SF 1088).  
                         Reduces funding by the same amount from Hardee 
                         County Climate Controlled Fair Facility (SF 3095).
