                         Water Protection and Sustainability Program Trust 
Spec App:  1555          Fund for Cutler Bay SW 207 Street and SW 85 Avenue 
                         Water Quality Improvement Project (SF 1800).  
                         Reduces funding by the same amount from Key Biscayne 
                         Outfall Dissipator System (SF 1773).
