On Page: 137             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Stay in Step - Restoring Hope, 
Spec App:  580           Expanding Possibilities: Advancing 
                         Neurorehabilitation (SF 1390). Reduces funding by 
                         the same amount from SOF Missions - Veterans Suicide 
                         Prevention (SF 1236).
