On Page: 089             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Lee Health Data Center and 
Spec App:  305A          Cybersecurity Enhancement Project (SF 2080). Reduces 
                         funding by the same amount from Prevention, Foster 
                         Family Recruitment & Hope 4 Healing Project (SF 
                         2075).
