On Page: 279             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring funds from the 
                         Water Protection and Sustainability Program Trust 
Spec App:  1555          Fund for Miami-Dade County Septic to Sewer Connect 2 
                         Protect Assistance Virginia Gardens (SF 2479).  
                         Reduces funding by the same amount from Hialeah 
                         Southeast Stormwater Improvements and Streets 
                         Revitalization (SF 2451).
