On Page: 279             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring funds from the 
                         Water Protection and Sustainability Trust Fund for 
Spec App:  1555          Suwannee CIP Watermain and Stormwater Project (SF 
                         3540).  Reduces funding by the same amount from Lake 
                         Jesup Restoration Water Quality via Management of 
                         Historical Phosphorous Pollution (SF 3373).
