On Page: 106             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the HHA Elderly Affordable Housing - 
Spec App:  386           Hoffman Gardens Phase II (SF 2811). Reduces funding 
                         by the same amount from the City of Hialeah Elder 
                         Meals Program (SF 2447).
