On Page: 100             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Expanding Access to Dental and 
Spec App:  363           Behavioral Healthcare for Floridians (SF 1724). 
                         Reduces funding by the same amount from the Here 
                         Tomorrow Suicide Prevention and Outpatient Mental 
                         Health Services (SF 1697).
