On Page: 062             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Broward Community and Family Health: 
Spec App:  190A          EMPOWERING FUTURE MOMS (SF 3327). Reduces funding by 
                         the same amount from the Guardian Care History 
                         Preservation Project (SF 3331).
