On Page: 114             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Bridging the Digital Divide for Older 
Spec App:  436           Adults in Florida Technology Literacy Training from 
                         OATS (SF 2907). Reduces funding by the same amount 
                         from Nova Southeastern University Veterans Access 
                         Clinic (1771).
