Following Specific Appropriation 138, DELETE:

From   the   funds   in   Specific   Appropriation  138,  $2,000,000  in
nonrecurring  funds  from  the  General  Revenue Fund is provided to the
Department  of  Education  to develop, administer, score, and report new
advanced K-12 assessments pursuant to section 1007.27, Florida Statutes.
These  funds shall be placed in reserve.  The Department of Education is
authorized  to  submit budget amendments requesting release of the funds
pursuant  to  chapter  216, Florida Statutes.  Release of these funds is
contingent  upon  the submission of a detailed operational work plan and
project spend plan.

Following Specific Appropriation 138, INSERT:

From   the   funds   in   Specific   Appropriation  138,  $1,650,000  in
nonrecurring  funds  from  the  General  Revenue Fund is provided to the
Department  of  Education  to develop, administer, score, and report new
advanced K-12 assessments pursuant to section 1007.27, Florida Statutes.
