       The Conference Committee on SB 2504 recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Conference Committee Amendment (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete everything after the enacting clause
    5  and insert:
    6         Section 1. All mandatory collective bargaining issues at
    7  impasse for the 2025-2026 fiscal year between the State of
    8  Florida and the certified representatives of the bargaining
    9  units for state employees which are not addressed by the General
   10  Appropriations Act shall be resolved in accordance with the
   11  personnel rules in effect on June 14, 2025, and by otherwise
   12  maintaining the status quo under the language of the applicable
   13  current collective bargaining agreement.
   14         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2025.

   17  And the title is amended as follows:
   18         Delete everything before the enacting clause
   19  and insert:
   20                        A bill to be entitled                      
   21         An act relating to collective bargaining; providing
   22         for the resolution of certain collective bargaining
   23         issues at impasse between the State of Florida and the
   24         certified representatives of the bargaining units of
   25         state employees; providing for all other mandatory
   26         collective bargaining issues at impasse which are not
   27         addressed by the act or the General Appropriations Act
   28         to be resolved consistent with personnel rules and by
   29         otherwise maintaining the status quo; providing an
   30         effective date.
