    2         An act relating to collective bargaining; providing
    3         for the resolution of certain collective bargaining
    4         issues at impasse between the State of Florida and the
    5         certified representatives of the bargaining units of
    6         state employees; providing for all other mandatory
    7         collective bargaining issues at impasse which are not
    8         addressed by the act or the General Appropriations Act
    9         to be resolved consistent with personnel rules and by
   10         otherwise maintaining the status quo; providing an
   11         effective date.

   13  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   14  
   15         Section 1. All mandatory collective bargaining issues at
   16  impasse for the 2025-2026 fiscal year between the State of
   17  Florida and the certified representatives of the bargaining
   18  units for state employees which are not addressed by the General
   19  Appropriations Act shall be resolved in accordance with the
   20  personnel rules in effect on June 14, 2025, and by otherwise
   21  maintaining the status quo under the language of the applicable
   22  current collective bargaining agreement.
   23         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2025.
