       The Committee on Fiscal Policy (Arrington) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 10 - 17
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 1. Transportation facility designations; Department
    6  of Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
    7         (1) That portion of W. South Street between South Division
    8  Avenue and U.S. 441 in Orange County is designated as “Geraldine
    9  Thompson Way.”
   10         (2) That portion of International Drive between S.R. 528
   11  and Sand Lake Road in Orange County is designated as “Harris
   12  Rosen Way.”
   13         (3) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   14  suitable markers designating the transportation facilities as
   15  described in this section.

   18  And the title is amended as follows:
   19         Delete lines 3 - 4
   20  and insert:
   21         designations; providing honorary designations of
   22         certain transportation facilities in a specified
   23         county;
