       The Committee on Health Policy (Martin) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 142 - 143
    4  and insert:
    5  encumbered and to:
    6         (1) Draw a warrant in the sum of $3.1 million payable to
    7  Darline Angervil as compensation for injuries and damages
    8  sustained; and
    9         (2) Draw a warrant in the sum of $3 million payable to an
   10  irrevocable trust created for the exclusive use and benefit of
   11  J.R. as compensation for injuries and
   12

   14  And the title is amended as follows:
   15         Delete line 6
   16  and insert:
   17         guardian of J.R., and J.R. for injuries and damages
