       The Committee on Rules (Rodriguez) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 245 and 246
    4  insert:
    5         Section 3. Section 689.03, Florida Statutes, is amended to
    6  read:
    7         689.03 Effect of such deed.—A conveyance executed
    8  substantially in the foregoing form provided in s. 689.02 must
    9  shall be held to be a warranty deed with full common-law
   10  covenants, and must shall just as effectually bind the grantor,
   11  and the grantor’s heirs, as if such said covenants were
   12  specifically set out therein. And this form of conveyance when
   13  signed by a married woman must shall be held to convey whatever
   14  interest in the property conveyed which she may possess.
