       The Committee on Judiciary (Rodriguez) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 115 - 124
    4  and insert:
    5  property. I authorize the Sheriff to enter the property using
    6  reasonably necessary force, search the property, and remove any
    7  unauthorized person.
    8         11. ....A copy of my valid government-issued identification
    9  is attached, or I am an agent of the property owner, and
   10  documents evidencing my authority to act on the property owner’s
   11  behalf are attached.
