       The Committee on Ethics and Elections (Gaetz) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 127
    4  and insert:
    5         (b) For the purposes of this subsection, a civil penalty or
    6  restitution penalty is considered delinquent if the individual
    7  has not paid such penalty within 90 days after the penalty is
    8  imposed by the commission. Before referring a delinquent civil
    9  penalty or

   14  insert:
   15         specifying when certain penalties imposed by the
   16         Commission on Ethics are considered delinquent;
