    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete line 1056
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 21. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this
    6  act and except for this section, which shall take effect upon
    7  becoming a law, this act shall take effect July 1, 2025.

   10  And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete line 126
   12  and insert:
   13         providing effective dates.
