       Senator Gruters moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 1055 and 1056
    4  insert:
    5         Section 21. By October 1, 2025, and quarterly thereafter,
    6  each public airport in this state using CLEAR for expedited
    7  security screening shall submit a report to the Department of
    8  Transportation which details the efficacy of the program for the
    9  preceding quarter. The report must include, at a minimum, all of
   10  the following information:
   11         (1) The number of passengers using the CLEAR program.
   12         (2) The number of CLEAR passengers who also had their
   13  identity verified by a TSA officer.
   14         (3) Any security breaches, including, but not limited to,
   15  the number of CLEAR passengers who were found not to have proper
   16  identification, the number of CLEAR passengers who were found
   17  not to have a proper boarding pass, and the number of passengers
   18  who used the CLEAR expedited screening process but who were not
   19  CLEAR members.
   20         (4) Whether CLEAR passengers were routed through a standard
   21  security lane, a TSA PreCheck security lane, or a security lane
   22  dedicated solely to CLEAR passengers.
   23         (5) The number of CLEAR kiosks at the airport.
   24         (6) The number of days any CLEAR kiosks were out of
   25  service.

   30  insert:
   31         requiring each public airport in this state using
   32         CLEAR for expedited security screening to submit a
   33         quarterly report to the department, beginning on a
   34         specified date; requiring that such report include
   35         certain information;
